5th and 6th grade students will have the option of participating in a Kahoot! quiz. Here are instructions for how you can help your students participate:
1) A smartphone or tablet in addition to the computer they are using for the Zoom. 2) On the secondary device, go to your app store and download the Kahoot! app for free. 3) When the teacher puts the Kahoot! game code into the Zoom chat, help your student open the app on the smartphone or tablet, enter the game code. Questions for the game come up through the computer Zoom and answers are submitted on the secondary device.

Shorashim at Home THIS Sunday (for everyone) Grades K-6: Sunday, December 6, 9:45-11:00 am All the Zoom Information You Need Below:
9:45-10:10 am - Opening Blessings and Getting Reading for Chanukah! Parents are encouraged to be present with your child/ren as we get ready for the morning together.
ALL Grades: MAKE YOUR OWN MENORAH CONTEST! You have a week to make your own menorah! Be creative and use any materials you have at home (legos, clay, playdoh, lights, paper, crayons, etc.) Bring on the 13th or take a picture at home with you in it if possible. Prizes will be awarded!
Hebrew Learning Grades 3-6: December 8 OR 9 afternoon Students should bring their Hebrew folders to temple. Students will be practicing the Chanukah blessings in Hebrew.
Double Chai Grades 7-12: Wednesday, December 9, 6:00-7:30 pm
