Weekday Evening Minyan Service This Wednesday, February 12 at 7:30 pm
Please join us for our new weekday evening minyan service in the sanctuary 7:30-8:00 pm. Help support members who are saying Kaddish for loved ones and take a few moments out of your busy week for meaningful prayer. All are welcome.
Lunchtime Talmud Thursday, February 13 at 12:00 pm
Lunchtime Talmud continues this Thursday with the rabbis. Bring your lunch; texts provided. We are studying the first tractate, B'rachot (Blessings). All are welcome, beginners included!
Community Shabbat Morning Service Saturday, February 29 at 10:00 am
Please join us for this new experience - a special Saturday Morning Shabbat Service for all ages on February 29 at 10:00 am. Enjoy Shabbat prayer with the rabbis and fellow congregants, along with Torah reading and discussion. A great opportunity to celebrate Shabbat with community and become more familiar with the Shabbat morning service. All are welcome to join the Religious Practices Committee and the Member Connections Team for brunch following the service. There is no charge, but please RSVP hereby 2/27for lunch so we can plan.
New Social Club
Are you an empty nester? Are you looking to reconnect with the temple or create new friendships? Then come join our new social club! Our first event will be on March 21 at 6:00 pm at The Lookout Taproom in South Natick. A cover band called Cramer Hill will be playing and there will be drinks and light food for purchase. Hearing Men's Voices
On Tuesday, February 25 at 7:00 pm, the Temple Beth David Brotherhood invites you to Hearing Men's Voices (HMV). HMV is for men who wish to connect with other men through discussion of interesting and important topics such as family, work, ways of having fun, Judaism, and health and well-being. HMV is a confidential program that we've conducted before and is enjoyed and valued by participants. Please join us! Questions and suggestions are welcomed. Sisterhood Rosh Chodesh
Sisterhood will be visiting Mayyim Chayyim, the mikveh in Newton, on Sunday March 1. We should meet at 1:20 pm for a 1:30 pm tour followed by a Rosh Chodesh service led by Rabbi Karen. The service is a warm and intimate gathering of women. RSVP to Linda Kipper so we know to expect you.

Family Table
Family Table South serves over fifty families in our area who are dealing with food insecurity. "How can I help?" Here are a few ways: 1) (MOST helpful) Bring WHOLE GRAIN pasta or canned salmon to the wicker basket outside the sanctuary or the wooden bin in the school lobby each time you come to Temple Beth David. 2) Order a case of pasta or canned salmon on Amazon to be shipped to Family Table c/o TBD. 3) Volunteer to sort, count or deliver food to the Pantry. Contact lynnkaminski@verizon.net for more information. 4) Donate to the Social Action Committee's fund at TBD to supplement our deliveries when the bins run low.
