These pictures from last week include K-2 outdoor music, Bibliodrama elective, and Jewish food appreciation and crafts elective! We will continue to enjoy the nice fall weather and engaging Jewish learning this Sunday.
Sunday, November 14, 9:30-11:30 am Shorashim Grades K-6 We will all start on the parking lot together for opening blessings. Please park and parents are encouraged to join. All students will be both outdoors and indoors this Sunday; bring a jacket. 3rd-6th grade chugim (electives) continue this Sunday in the second half! There will be an outside pick-up line - *If you have a younger child who needs help getting into the car or into a booster seat, please park and pick up your child. Thank you for your help.

Sunday, November 21, 9:30-11:30 am Shorashim Grades K-6 Pre-Chanukah learning for all!! And last week of electives.
Each Sunday morning we need parent volunteers to help especially when children are outside. Due to COVID, students are outdoors when possible. We need adults to walk the perimeter around the temple to help with security, and to assist teachers with moving supplies. Get your steps in! Please volunteer for at least one session. You can also email Rabbi Karen.
The Sukkah is going to be disassembled and stored THIS Sunday, November 14 starting at 10:00 am. Everyone's help is needed. Please bring power drills and ladders if you have them. Please meet at the Temple by the back shed, next to the basketball hoop. We will enjoy some coffee, get to know one another and get to work. At least one pick up truck will be very helpful. This project is organized by the Brotherhood.
Sisterhood Judaica Shop
The Temple Beth David Sisterhood will be managing an outdoor booth for the Judaica shop during Sunday Shorashim pick up until it gets too cold to be outside for long. They will be set up from 11:15 to 11:40 am or so. We will be accepting cash, checks, or Venmo. It is mostly Hanukkah items right now, but other items are available upon request.
