At the end of Yom Kippur, we thanked many Temple leaders and volunteers for the group effort to make the High Holy Days possible and accessible this year. We want to take a moment to thank all of you, the members of the Temple Beth David, for creating sacred space at home, joining along with us in whatever manner felt comfortable for you, sending us pictures and notes, and taking care of yourselves and others. Our sermons will be available next week. For now, we journey on to Sukkot and Simchat Torah, known in Jewish tradition as "Z'man Simchateinu," our time of joy. Even in difficult times, we are instructed to find joy and blessing.
Wishing you "Moadim L'Simcha" - a joyful and restful Sukkot holiday. Rabbi Karen and Rabbi Micah
