Sisterhood & Brotherhood
Sisterhood Diaper Drive Happening NOW
The Sisterhood is sponsoring a diaper drive with the help of Anna Small, a recent Bat Mitzvah who made the diaper drive her Tzedakah project. During the pandemic, families have had a difficult time affording diapers, which affects whether or not their children can attend day care. The drive will benefit local agencies Self Help, Inc and A Place to Turn. Sizes especially needed are: 3,4,5,6, pull-ups boys and girls and wipes, unopened packages only. Please leave the diapers in the labeled bin in the coat closet across from the office.
Brotherhood Speaker Tuesday, January 11 at 7:00 pm
Temple member and master storyteller, Ted Reinstein will discuss his new book, Before Brooklyn, the fascinating story of the little-known heroes who fought segregation in baseball well before Jackie Robinson's ascent to the major leagues. Learn more here.
